Lovely green and established garden but ready for an updated makeover.

This lovely, albeit long and narrow, garden is in pretty good order but in need of an enhancement of its use of space for functional purposes.

Our approach here will be a ‘makeover’  and clearly not a redesign, enhancing areas both functionally and aesthetically.   Adding stronger geometry and integrating hard landscaping will allow us to extend and reshape existing spaces seamlessly creating a good structure and sense of style to 3 specific areas.    

 

Adding shape to the lawn edging will help to strengthen this transitional space, making it a destination in its own right.  Some blending and softening of the established landscaping with help to pull the whole scheme together.
