COVID-19

POLICY

The safety and health of our clients, our team and suppliers is of paramount importance to us. 


In accordance with Covid –19 regulation, we have undertaken a risk assessment of all our consultancy and physical operations and have reviewed policy and practice accordingly in line with Government Guidance.

Fortunately, the majority of our work is outside and not undertaken in confined environments, reducing the risks associated with the virus.  Nevertheless, social distancing will occur at all times.

 

Initial consultations will be undertaken with strict distancing or via Zoom if preferred.  


Garden assessments and surveys will be undertaken in isolation once safe and distanced access has been made available.

All build personnel on site will be reduced to a workforce of four or less separated in teams of two. They will be equipped with sanitizer, gloves and masks for continual use throughout the build particularly upon delivery of supplies and those they may have to leave site for to collect in person. 


Social interaction will not be required by on-site personnel, as all necessary communications can be channelled via a number of available options.


All personnel have an obligation to self assess their health and if any Covid related symptoms occur, their appointment on site will be postponed pending either an appropriate isolation period or a negative test result.
